Dr. Kenyon has practiced Otolaryngology in North Carolina since 1998.  Dr. Kenyon opened Coastal Carolina ENT in August of 1998, bringing Ear, Nose and Throat service to Columbus County Hospital, now Columbus Regional Healthcare System.  Dr. Kenyon has served as the Cheif of Surgery as well as Cheif of the Medical Staff at CRHS.

Dr. Kenyon's interests include Balloon Sinuplasty and Treatment of Facial Skin Cancer.  Dr. Kenyon currently has performed over 200 In-Office Balloon Sinuplasties to date. He currently has performed In-Office Balloon Sinuplasty on the youngest patient of age 12 in the United States.   If Balloon Sinuplasty is not indicated, Dr. Kenyon offers traditional hospital based endoscopic sinus surgery with a minimally invasive technique.

Skin Cancer treatment is another focus of Dr. Kenyon's practice and comprises nearly half of his patient base.  Dr. Kenyon specializes in skin cancer excision with pathalogic evaluation to ensure complete removal and plastic reconstruction in the same setting.  Non surgical treatment of skin cancer as well as cancer prevention are great interests of Dr. Kenyon but when extensive excision is needed he is well versed in all aspects of ear, nose, eyelid, lip and facial reconstruction.
